Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

 (we wish we knew...)

We are one of the few online companies that does not use shipping as a "profit center" but it is important to remember that shipping is based on weight and distance.  Most Orders over $59.99 and shipping to a Continental USA street address qualify for free delivery, and this is the most cost effective way to purchase your favorite products.

We proudly ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx and use tracking numbers with our shipments!

All merchandise ships from a location that contains products that may have been in contact with dairy, nuts and /or byproducts.

Please note that merchandise may be repackaged or delivered in boxes that may not reflect contents.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Our goal is to have your items on thier way the next business day after receiving a fully funded order.  However, with so many items in our warehouse, it is inevitable that we will be out of individual items from time to time. If this happens we will contact you to see if it is ok for us to HOLD your order so it can ship COMPLETE when the backorder items arrive.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Most Continental USA orders arrive within one week.
International orders, well that depends on where you are...At this time, OhioOrigins ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, OhioOrigins ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. OhioOrigins is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
